What cam should I get? 140-160

I am thinking of replacing the entire "timing" system on my 74 144 with electronic ign from a 75, new camshaft, lifters, pushrods, and the timing gears. Except for that pesky fiber gear, everything else (as far as I know of) came with the car. Since mine is a Euro edition B20A with the single Zenith carb, I was wondering what is the original cam that it came with. Is it the C grind? Alternatively, what other grinds that would be compatible with my B20A? Thanks for your help in advance.
