Okay, I just got the answer from him and a past post on here. It is the same. So, that one you have been offered there is definately not right.

Oh, just a thought....I know a guy here that sells the OE hitch assemblies from the Volvos for $10, used. If you are interested, I could get one from him and mail it to you. I think they are great. I have towed so much more stuff with my old Volvos than I could dream of with my pickup. Figures, eh? Let me know, if you are interested.
