A thought S90-V90

Earlier 960 were equiped with the AW30-40 trans while on later models the tranmission is referd to as the AW30-43. Im not sure about model years but maybe the adaptive software was integrated somewhere along the way in the production cycle. This transmission also did double duty on a number of toyota products of the same era including the LS400, Supra and Previa.
