"What did you have to do to use the Turbo wheels."
Rest assured, it's not a trivial task. At all! He swapped front and rear axles from a 140/1800ES (respectively). There are some other good reasons for undertaking such an extensive modification but it's probably not worth it just to put some Turbo wheels on. There are, however, lots of wheels that will fit the PV's bolt pattern (which it shares with 60's Ford and Mopars). When you get up to 6 inches wide you have to carefully select wheels with the proper backspacing to clear the fornt suspension. I have a set of 15X6 American Racing Torq Thrust II's which have the proper backset and the curved rounded spokes look great with the curved rounded PV shape.
My PV has a 2.25 inch exhaust with 2 18 inch glasspacks. I thought it might be a little quieter than it turned out. As it is I might be making straight pipe Harley riders wince. Kind of fun for short trips, but sort of makes your ears ring after a while. It does have a nice deep sound to it, certainly nothing at all like the fart cans on new riced-out imports.
