The PV444/544 was a car that was designed in the forties and hardly developed in the fifties. Its suspension was designed for crossply tyres and not for low profile rubber of the 21st century. So I wouldn't be surprised if the results of fitting ultra low profile tires to a PV would appear to be somewhat different when compared to a modern car...
