Hello GT,
When the 75 164 went to an electronic dizzy, the upper lube felt and the lower oiling cup were eliminated--beats me.
If you don't have them already, remember that the electronic systems use unique coils & ballast resistors.
If your dizzy needs interior cleaning--STOP! Don't use steel wool; there's a magnetic element in there. Use brass wool or a nylon pad. Have fun.
