what year Overdrive button? 140-160

From a factory-original-point of view:

The 140 series came with two styles of overdrive switch, (similar to the ones for the 120's), an "on/off" switch looking like the turnsignal switch.
The '67-'72 was with a long arm and '73 and up was a short one.

The 240's came with the buttons on the shift-knob,
'75-'80 was the sliding type and '81 and up was the button. The late 240's had the option of the M47 gearbox (actual 5 speed) so no need for the overdrive.

Becourse many parts are interchangeable, it is a little dificult to say what is original or not - but from a factory point, this is how it is.

You don't mention what gearbox you want to install with the B20?
