There is a ton on info in archives and FAQs on replacing Front engine seals....

and I hope you have either a Haynes or a Bentley manual.

It can be a long job, but not difficult.

Couple of points.

(1) the 10mm bolts and nuts that hold the crank pulley halves together can be easily rounded off, they're soft metal. If you do round one off, you can get it out using a 5/16 inch 3/8 drive socket, hammered onto the nut. Have a new nut available.

(2) Any scratch on a shaft (cam, crank, intermediate) where the seal runs will leak. when picking out the old seal be super careful. I scratched one, and removed the scratch with 400 grit emery paper and two hours elbow grease.

(3) Grease the seals before installing. Have an extra camshaft seal on hand. Do the intermediate seal first. If you screw up the seal, you have the extra. They're cheap.

(4) If you don't know when the tensioner was changed, put in a new one. Then replace with every other t-belt change.

(5) Replace all the other belts at the same time. Keep any good ones as spares.

(6) Get a box of vinyl gloves, and have paper towels handy.

Read all the stuff you can first, and do a mental walk through of the job. Success is a rush, especially when you remember that you are saving yourself around $200.

Good Luck,

Bob
