Okay, so the B18 544 motormounts don't fit. Er... they fit the engine and the fit the crossmember, but not at the same time; not with 544 mounts, not with 122 mounts, not with 164 mounts.

The holes in the crossmember are about 3/4" inboard of the holes in the mount brackets.

Hm.

So... anyone have any other ideas? B16 brackets maybe?
