Lamp fail light on, Help! 700

Mine comes on half of the times I use my brakes. It goes out as soon as I release the brake pedal. I've changed the bulbs with identical lamps as well as the big red relay with a known working one and it still occurs...so I have conditioned myself to accept that light as my automatic turbo-inactivated indicator. If it comes on and stays on, then I check the bulbs for failures.
