Lamp fail light on, Help! 700

Guys
I finally got a chance to work on it in the new garage.

New Bulbs
Cleaned all connections at the rear harness.
Cut out/respliced trailer wiring
jiggled relay (big relay)

Unless someone has another idea I am going to dead file this problem and live with it like I have with the fuel gauge.
