I changed the tank on my 940 to the sensor type and it fit right in place of the one that was there. I traced the wire that was close and it went to a light bulb that showed when the windshield washer was out of fluid. I used it to keep from having to run a wire. Lights up a picture of windshield washer on the dash lights. Best thing I did as there is no other way of telling when it is out untill it overheats.
