Removing windshield 200 1984

As Art indicates, if it is installed with butyl, it's easy to remove in hot weather. Just use some strong wire (I've also used weed trimmer plastic line, less likely to harm glass) and poke it through the butyl. Then with the side windows down (so you can grip both ends), slowly draw the wire through the butyl. As you go along, insert something eg. twigs, to prevent the gap from closing. Do along the top and sides, then flip the windshield out and over.
