Cold start problem, any ideals???? 200

i got it started, cranked the pi*** out it. Kept firing more and more until it fianally started. Took about two minutes of cranking. After a 10-15 seconds of running it ran perfect. Drove it a ways and seemed fine. Pleanty of power, no misses.
Now I'm baffled.
