B230FT engine capability

I run around 14psi on my 90 744ti.
I have modified the air box by removing the foam, air silencer, K&N and cutting away excess plastic from the intake area of it. I also installed a second air intake path that runs from the front of the air box to the area behind the bumper.
For boost control I am running a G-Valve (the late and infamous Gus Mahon) http://home.earthlink.net/~turbogus/
I have also installed a dual boost switch that allows me to run at stock level or max depending on need or mood.
I have done some changes to the exhaust but would like change it to a 3" downpipe and 2.5" for the rest. I do not know what I would runs for a muffler or mufflers as I do not want it to sound like a typical import but still have better performance.
