I've seen it - it's possible 120-130

George
I have seen a 122 (it was a wagon, though I don't think this is specific to wagons), with 240 seats. Lovely. It belonged to a fellow from NH or Mass, and he was in the business of scavenging the NE for good condition 122 autos, and restoring them. This was his drivearound car and looked pretty good. He'd put 240 seats in other 122 bodies as well.
Later, as a confab/picnic of NY volvo lunatics (Knights of the Round Fender) I had a conversation with someone else who told me that the 240 seats changed at sometime during the run, and that either the earlier or the later seats were narrower, and thus were a better match dimensionwise for the 122. I don't remember which, but methinks there are other 122 folks on this board who also own or have owned 240 series and can inform us. I'm strictly 444/544/122 and so am not familiar with the later varieties and their idyosyncrasies(sp?).
If anyone out there has a pair of the narrower 240 seats from a 242 (I have a 2 door and need them to tilt forward), I'd be interested in acquiring a pair in grey, red or black, as my body's red and interior is black.
