Water cleaning to remove carbon? Done it?

Hello,

Water Injection is old technology, really. It has been around for a long time and used to boost horsepower, torque, thrust in automotive and aircraft applications. It is used in Reciprocating Engines and Turbine Engines. It is typically more than just water . . .

I used it in my Volvo. Simply remove a vacuum line behind the Throttle Body or Throttle Plate, and stick a vacuum line into a cup of water, right at the very, very top of the water, so you would not be gulping water, but giving it a chance to mist. Keep the RPMs up to 2000 to 3000. The engine might stumble a little, especially if you allow the vacuum to suck too much at once. Just keep the RPMs up and do not let the engine stall.

Take it out for a drive on the highway, afterward, to blow out any water that may have accumulated in the exhaust.
