1975 Automatic trans kickdown...? 444-544

I guess this litt take some study on my part if/when I find a good booster. The vacuum boosters I'm familiar with are actuated by the brake pedal, and I don't see how a remotely-mounted one would function.

Come to think of it, I have a HydroVac booster on my 1967 Ford 2-1/2 ton truck, and it's mounted to the frame behind the cab, so I guess that may be a good place to start studying! Anyway, I need to overhaul that unit (an International Harvester part, for some reason!) to get my power brakes back. I don't have much leg strength, so stopping a fully-loaded moving van with just manual brakes is a little scary. You REALLY gotta plan your stops in advance!
