Hit something and ran over it? The engine crossmember is bolt-on - hold the engine on a cherry picker, unbolt the engine mounts, steering rack, and cross member bolts, drop and replace with one from a junkyard.

If the suspension towers are bent, though, it'll be much harder to DIY repair properly.
