89 engine in 90 model 740 700

If the date on the door is early 90's, then it's likely the date of the engine is 1989. I think the date is stamped on somewhere (under intake?).

The "K" block came in the 1990 Volvo; from my understanding from research here, it would have the beefier 13mm rods too.
