I've used 1/8" OD and 3/16"OD steel brake line for this - cut it about
1/4" long and crimp it like an electrical terminal using the T&B StaKon Plier.
(That is the one that leaves one side round and puts a deep depression in the
other side - not like the AMP hand tool that makes a flat or oval crimp)
