Does anyone know how to tell if an injected head is an E or an F WITHOUT taking it off the engine? ALL ALL

I have no idea. I'm also not sure if that guy knew what he was talking about, I wlways thought that the 1800's from 70-71 and the 71 140 had the High compression heads.
