Wow! You're using 195/75-15s?!! Those're huge! For what it's worth, the stock 165/15 tires are approximately 25.4" depending on brand and what not, and then for the size that I'm using, 195/65-15s, they're supposedly around 24.9" tall, and then for 195/75-15's they should be somewhere around 26.5" in diameter... My speedo now reads correctly according to cop radars with the smaller diameter 195/65s on it... This is with an m40 transmission and a 4.10 rear end. Then on top of that, for every five miles, my Odometer reads something like .3 or .4 miles LOW!?! So with the original tires on it, my speedometer would understimate my actual speed, and be about correct on the odometer reading. I don't know what rear end you have on your car or what transmission so I can't comment on your speedo readings being correct or not, but those are some dang tall tires!
