I *think* this is the same as the VJU 4BL 33 -- I have one on our Amazon, and just rebuilt another for use on a motor I'm building for a customer. They are not common here, but I think they were used on the early B18s in the 544.

Much nicer quality than the later distributors, and of course I'm a fan of vacuum advance.
