Do premium spark plugs make any difference?

Another Splitfire. I looked at the website: similar claims ("6-12% power increase"), similar pseudo-science, similar hype.

If such a technology could increase power 6-12%, the auto companies worldwide would have leaped on it. Since it can't, they haven't. When OEMs who know their engine engineering cold decide to use them, then I will.
