what to look for in a 960- s90 (sedan)

Well ... after a lot a thinking I'm in the verge of my next adventure in the volvo world ...
I'm concidering to buy a 960 or better S90 sedan , I can't get over the beautiful interior they got . I've got in the past a 850 , a 240 , presently own two 740's ti's (which I love them so much ) .
but I want to buy a 95-98 960-S90 don't think there is much difference between them .. (maybe wrong) ...
Now here are the questions :
How reliables are those 6 cylender engines ?
How good and robusts are those trannys ?
What are the most common problems with this cars?
I belive that parts are more expensive then the previus volvos ...
Do they have that dreded rear self leveling suspension ?
Are those 6 cly interference engines ?


IF anyone out there went trough this before please share your experiences ...
