1990-240 Driverside rear inside tire is cupping. Whats causing this?

I noticed this when I rotated back to front. I heard this bumping sound at low speeds. Found driverside rear tire cupped on the inside. Bummer. Im just coming up on 30,000mi for the tire(Yokahama avid H4). What caused the cuppping?
