If you use a B18 head on a B20 your compression ratio will be too high
and the edges of the chamber hang over the bore. NOT a good deal.
And if you have been watching this board you have probably noticed the
approximately weekly queries related to the differences in the various different
B20 heads. (There are at least 4 different ones, maybe 5, with/without injector
ports, big/bigger valves, different CRS and at least 3 different port configs.
The guys who seem to know apparently like the 74-75 B20F (8-bolt) head but
there is not too much to choose between the various B20 blocks, except for
the left side mounting ear for PS, etc.
