You can bore a B18 to 3.5" but you might do better just getting a B20.
I would say the later the better but you need to get the flywheel with it
if you get a 74 or 75 (8-bolt) because your present one won't work.
Other than that and plugging injector ports it is pretty much a bolt-in.

If you decide to sew it back up, I have a few oil pump/distributor drive shafts
