The later models have a minor issue with warm starts, but your year shouldn't, and the problem you describe is more severe than normal.

I suspect that an injector is leaking down the fuel line pressure into the intake manifold and flooding a cylinder.

Run a can of Techron or other injector cleaner through it. If that doesn't help, pull the injectors and get them cleaned/rebulit. They are probably due for new O-rings anyway. I have seen mentions on this board of shops that do good injector work mail order, if you can do without the car for a while.
