MPG in a V90? S90-V90

I get about 18 MPG on my short trips to work and around town during the week. On the highway at about 80 or so as a cruse control setting I get about 23.5 MPG. The around town has improved a little with the 204 HP cams by maybe 1 MPG or so.

'96 965, 16' wheels, rear 18mm bar & Koni + 204HP cams at 125K. Had '85 745 Turbo Diesel for 200K.
