Might I sugest a custom 7" round conversion? I saw a picture of a 940 (can't find the pics right now) and it looked good. I've done it to our 89 240 and its the more rewarding modification I've ever done. Volvo drivers have stopped to ask me about it on more than once. Total cost came to just over $100 with hella e-codes.

I spent $300 on wide e-codes (with fogs), relays and wiring. for my 94 960.
