Reverse Light Relay 200

I don't know where the relay is, but there is an electrication connection associated with the neutral start switch which illuminates the reverse lights. So when the shifter is in "R" it completes the ciruit and the lights go on. Could yours possibly be shorted, or always a connected circuit? Maybe try fiddling with this.
