Question re: replacing differential fluid on '95 960

I switched to Mobile 1 gear oil in my 95 944T. I couldn't locate the any drain plug on the dif. I loosened the dif cover (after the gear oil was warm from use) and drained it that way. The gasket did not leak after I tightend the cover bolts back up and filled with M1 gear oil. I'm not sure what the rear end is like on a 960 but perhaps that technique would work on your Brick as well.
