#1 - When I remove the oil breather box for a cleaning, are there any new gaskets related to this that I should have on hand?

#2 - Headlights. When switched to the off position,(car still running), they remain on, as well as the tail lights. There's basically no difference between on or off position except for the dimming of the stereo lighting. Relay perhaps??
