Don't know about the console but the center walnut trim comes out quite easy. Make sure you have the code to your radio. Remove radio; remove ash tray cover. You will see two nuts, remove these. Once you remove the radio you'll see two clips that have a notch to get a small scredriver in them and pry out inwards towards the center of the radio opening. Above the climate controls carefully pry wiggle out the clips these are not visable until the trim is removed. Carefully pull back trim and disconnect the wires to the various switches. If your trim is real wood like mine and not fake - be careful. The wood is real thin AND CRACKS very easy.
