As stated, all good projects. If tranny fluid is any color other than pinkish, flush/ change it.

Check the archives for info on 'seafoam' (?) for running through the engine. It supposedly does a great job in cleaning , injectors, TB, compustion chambers, valves, and any other areas that get gunked up from many miles.

Just turned 295K on my 89, and stil no excessive oil consumption, 29-31 MPG highway, plenty of power for steep climbs, and loves to chew up ricers. Tempted to do a 'seafoam' (?) treatment, but since all seems well, why fiddle with it ?
