Do cold engine compression test mean anything? 700 1989

Looks like you have a leak developing between cylinders 2 and 3. This is common on high mileage turbo engines especially if the coolant has not been replaced regularly or the engine has overheated. The cylinder heads tend to warp down the middle and eventually the head gasket fails between two of the cylinders. A "hot" compression check should increase the values to the 140-150 range but you probably would still see numbers 2 and 3 lower. A "29" high/low variation in the 150 range seems a little high to me. I wouldn't like to see anything greater than 10%.
