You might be mistaken. My 220 showed no sign of having any other mirrors than it had in 1967 when I got it in '99. It had a "Lucas" style wing mirror on the driver's door. I think this is a gorgeous mirror, it can be reversed from left to right and is available in flat and convex glass.
