Both are in England, but will ship to the U.S. and Europe.
I have bought two pair from the Europa Spares. What is really nice is that on some of them you can choose what kind of glass - flat or convex. Both of my sets have flat for the left and convex for the right (eliminates blind spot). I bought oval Tex mirrors, I purchased the stems and mirrors separately. that way I could put together any combination I wanted. I don't see them listed that way now. You might want to email to see if you can get what you want. TEX makes every kind of mirror you can imagine. Check out the Tex mirror manufacturer site at:
