I suggest you look at some of the good D-jet sites and go through the troubleshooting techniques. One example is: http://www.icbm.org/erkson/ttt/engine/fuel_injection/d-jet.html

Before doing any of this, though, be absolutely sure your gas tank is not full of old gas, rust, and water.
