I'm working on the '92.

Yes, I mean the plastic box you mentioned. I got at it by reaching between the manifold and firewall with my right hand and holding a flashlight between the front two manifold runners with my left. The hardest part for me was breaking the bolts loose. Once I got the wrench in place I put the light down and worked by feel. It helps to have thin arms and fingers on this job.
