Reassembling my B20: a few questions 120-130

Séb;

ANY detectable movement of TGear to hub means its on its way out and should be replaced (imagine how you'd feel if you put it in there and the gear finally let go...and those noises...in an otherwise fresh engine!)...spare yourself the agony!

Fresh rings in new bores have fairly high drag...nothing bad there if all dimensions were checked and OK. If Phil can turn a freshly assembled engine without a wrench on the cranknut, he's a lot stronger than this boy!

Work carefully, cleanly and doublecheck here when in doubt...there are no real items of special note if you've built an engine before.

Cheers
