Getting a 760 700 1989

If the issue is that the car will not start, first check the condition of the battery then move from that point. It should measure about 12.4 - 12.6 Volts with the ignition off. There are additional battery tests that you can run including load tests to insure that the battery is ok or not. Many of the large auto parts stores (where they sell batteries) will test your battery for free.
