brake problem 140-160 1968

Hi all, I have recently run into a problem with my relatively new front Girling calipers. The passenger side brake is binding and not releasing (nothing like the smell of burned brakepads). The Haynes manual says that I need to dismantle and clean the caliper. I was going to replace the brake hoses ASAP. What should I do to diagnose this problem? I'm guessing the rebuilt Girlings should still be good for a long time to come. At least I hope as I no longer have the receipt for them!

Thanks in advance for the help,

Chris (68, 142S)
