The elderly couple I purchased it from had it modified to run all the time since they moved to Florida. They added a switch which could turn it off at their discretion. Thought it was a good idea as the temp here is 90+ for at least 5 mos of the year. I discovered shortly after I bought it that the added fan no longer worked. Thanks for th help.
