crank but no start 700

Thank God! I finanlly solved the problem. The culprint was the radio suppression relay. I simply replaced the cooling fan and radio suppression relays, which the cooling fan relay was working properly. the problem part was locating the radio suppression and cooling fan relays. Now, it runs well. I though my solution may help someone who is having the similar problems. I thank you for everybody who answered my problem.
