Torque value for motor mount to block connection 700 1990

I couldn't find a torque value for the bolts that hold the motor mounts to the block. I used a box wrench and got it very tight, but I put a torque wrench to it and could turn it so easy I was afraid of stripping it. What torque value sounds good to use for block bolts.

A separate question, if I swap 2 connectors for the sensors on the intake side of the block, what is the worst-case scenario? I was relying on the fact that the connectors were shaped differently, but it seems 2 of them are the same. One connector could reach both sensors, the other seemed to only be able to reach one. Process of elimination helps, but I'm still concerned.
