virginia auto inspections

Recently went thru the process of registering in the Old Dominion. I think the best order of business is to do a safety and emissions inspection first and then register the car. This will save money and time, because without the emissions, you cannot get a permanent registration. Otherwise read the info the DMV puts out to make sure you follow the rules.

An older car may need a new cat to reduce Nox
