Just a quick update. I changed my mind on the tire and went with the 225/45WR16 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2. Like all tires there will be tradeoffs, but the lower profile and wider footprint will help traction a lot. In addition, I believe I will have less chance for rub. On the downside, My ride will certainly be harsher. The next step is matching some new suspension components.
